The Best Parts of Life Happen at Home
The most important work you will ever do may happen within the walls of your home.
It’s where ordinary Tuesdays become favorite memories. Where we gather, celebrate, rest, dream, grow, and sometimes wonder how on earth we accumulated so much stuff. It’s where life happens.
So, when it’s time to buy, sell, move, downsize, or simply figure out what comes next, I believe you deserve more than someone who knows how to fill out the paperwork.
You deserve someone who listens. Someone who knows the market, thinks a few steps ahead, tells you what you need to hear (even when it isn't necessarily what you hoped to hear), and makes the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming.
That’s where I come in.
I’m here to bring the real estate knowledge, the strategy, the problem-solving, and - when appropriate - a little humor to the table. Whether you’re ready to make a move or just beginning to wonder “What if?”, you’re welcome here.
No pressure. No silly sales pitch. Just good information, honest conversation, and a real person in your corner.
So, what does home look like for you?

Vicky's Alphabet Soup
I Don't Want to Brag, But...
I'm a SRES,® MRP, and ADWD®.
Okay, that sounds a little like alphabet soup.
But behind those letters are additional education and training that I believe can make a real difference for my clients.
Real estate isn't one-size-fits-all. Different people have different goals, different challenges, and different questions. I chose these designations because I wanted to be better equipped to help the people who may find themselves navigating some of life's biggest transitions.
So what do all those letters actually mean?
SRES® — Seniors Real Estate Specialist®
Buying or selling a home can look very different later in life. SRES training gives me additional knowledge to help older adults and their families navigate real estate decisions with greater understanding, patience, and care.
Whether it's downsizing, relocating, helping a parent move, or simply figuring out what's next, sometimes the biggest part of the job is helping make a complicated transition feel a little less complicated.
MRP — Military Relocation Professional
Moving because of military service comes with its own set of challenges. MRP training helps me better understand the needs of military members and their families when they're relocating, buying, or selling.
I know that sometimes a move isn't happening because you found your dream neighborhood on Pinterest. Sometimes orders came in and suddenly you're moving across the country.
My job is to help make the real estate part of that move as smooth as possible.
ADWD — At Home With Diversity®
Every person, family, and household deserves to feel welcome in the real estate process.
ADWD training has helped me better understand how culture, identity, and individual circumstances can affect the home-buying and selling experience. More importantly, it reinforces something I already believe:
Everyone deserves to feel at home.
Why does any of this matter to you?
Because continuing education isn't about collecting letters after my name.
It's about being better prepared when you need me.
The more I learn, the more people I can serve thoughtfully. And when you're making a decision as important as buying or selling a home, I'd rather bring more knowledge to the table than less.
So yes...
SRES. MRP. ADWD.
A little alphabet soup.
But hopefully, it means you'll have a Realtor who is always learning, always listening, and always looking for a better way to help you get where you're going.
