With more than 25 years of experience across real estate, property management, construction operations, bookkeeping, and contract management, I bring a unique combination of industry knowledge, organization, and problem-solving to every real estate transaction.
I’m a Tucson native and have called Marana home since 2016. As a REALTOR® with Tierra Antigua Realty, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Marana, Tucson, and Pima County, helping clients navigate purchases, sales, relocations, military moves, downsizing, and major life transitions.
My career has taught me that the details matter. I’ve managed more than 100 residential units and supported multimillion-dollar construction and government contracts, where deadlines, documentation, compliance, and communication aren't optional. I bring that same level of attention to my real estate clients. I anticipate problems, keep the moving pieces organized, communicate clearly, and follow through.
But real estate isn't the only way I serve my community.
In 2013, I founded Arizona Puggle Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to helping puggles and other dogs find safe, loving homes. Running a rescue has taught me plenty about advocacy, negotiation, perseverance, and the importance of finding the right fit—skills that translate surprisingly well to real estate.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me reading, hiking, gardening, or, most importantly, spending time with my grandkids. And there is almost certainly a dog somewhere nearby.
I believe real estate is built on the same things I value everywhere else: trust, communication, preparation, and doing what you say you're going to do.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling the home you've loved for years, relocating to Southern Arizona, or simply trying to figure out what's next, I'm here to make the process feel a whole lot more manageable.
Local roots. Serious experience. Zero dropped details.
Tierra Antigua Realty
Arizona REALTOR®. Dog rescuer. Book hoarder. Professional problem-solver.
There are people who decide what they want to be when they grow up.
And then there are people like me who collect careers, learn a ridiculous amount along the way, and eventually realize that all of it makes them surprisingly good at real estate.
For more than 25 years, my work has taken me through real estate, property management, construction operations, bookkeeping, contract management, and government contracting.
Which means I have spent a lot of time making sure things get done, catching the details other people miss, figuring out what to do when Plan A suddenly becomes Plan “Well…that wasn't supposed to happen,” and keeping approximately 47 moving pieces moving in the same direction.
Turns out, that's pretty useful in real estate.
A little local knowledge goes a long way.
I'm a Tucson native and have called Marana home since 2016. As a REALTOR® with Tierra Antigua Realty, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Marana, Tucson, and Pima County.
First homes. Forever homes. Investment properties. Relocations. Military moves. Downsizing. Big life changes.
Whatever brings you to real estate, there's usually a bigger story happening behind the transaction.
And that's the part I like.
A house isn't just a house. It's someone's next chapter.
The boring details are actually my superpower.
I've managed more than 100 residential units and worked behind the scenes on multimillion-dollar construction and government contracts.
That world taught me a few things:
Read the fine print.
Ask the extra question.
Don't ignore the weird thing in the corner.
And if you say you're going to do something, do it.
Deadlines matter. Documentation matters. Communication matters. Following through matters.
Real estate has plenty of moving parts, and I happen to enjoy keeping track of them.
You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening, what comes next, or whether someone remembered the thing everyone else forgot.
I'll remember.
Then there are the dogs...

In 2013, I founded Arizona Puggle Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to helping puggles and other dogs find safe, loving homes.
So yes, there is a very good chance that at some point during our real estate conversation, I will ask about your dog.
This is not a distraction from real estate.
It is simply who I am.
Running a rescue has taught me about advocacy, negotiation, persistence, problem-solving, and—perhaps most importantly—that finding the right fit matters.
Funny enough, those lessons translate pretty well to real estate, too.
Outside of real estate?
You'll find me spending time with my 5 grandkids, reading a book, digging around in the garden, hiking the beautiful AZ trails, or planning my next project.
And there is almost certainly a dog involved.
I'm also the kind of person who hears an innocent little thought like, “Wouldn't it be fun if…” and somehow three weeks later there are books, plants, bookmarks, a community event, and an unnecessarily elaborate plan involved.
It's a problem.
A fun one, but still a problem.
So, what do you actually get when you work with me?
Someone who knows that buying or selling a home can be exciting, overwhelming, hilarious, frustrating, complicated, and occasionally all five before lunch.
Someone who will explain the things that need explaining, ask the questions that need asking, and tell you when something doesn't make sense.
Someone who isn't afraid of a spreadsheet, a complicated contract, a negotiation, or a last-minute plot twist.
And someone who believes you should be able to laugh often - even when you're buying or selling a house.
Because while I take your transaction very seriously, I don't think real estate has to take itself so seriously.
At the end of the day, this isn't really about houses.
It's about people.
Where you're coming from. Where you're going. What you're building. What you're leaving behind. And what you want the next chapter to look like.
That's the work I care about.
Local roots. Serious experience. A slightly ridiculous number of dogs and books.
And absolutely zero interest in making real estate more complicated than it needs to be.
Come say hi.
We'll figure out the rest from there.
